Juan has more than 40 years of experience as a California licensed architect. He has been involved in the design, and construction administration of large and technically complex public & private use projects. Responsible for feasibility studies, coordination of schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, and administration of the construction phase.  His broad experience affords him the knowledge and ability to work on all phases of a project—from concept through construction administration. He is responsible for the quality control, risk management and integration of all building system to ensure the successful installation of all system during construction. Notable projects include the San Francisco 49ers Stadium, Facebook (Meta) headquarters, Renovation & Expansion of the Griffith Observatory, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum, California State University, Fullerton- Student Housing and Performing Arts complex.
