This home was dank and divided, its potential concealed. The new design revealed the home’s inherent spaciousness, stunning views from the back of the property; a patio for relaxing and hosting; a new processional connection to the home’s pool;
The house is now fronted by an exuberant, sculptural fence that engages the sidewalk and allows light to bounce inward. The new lateral spaciousness complemented views overlooking all of Los Angeles from palm-tree eye level.
