Catalina Remodel  

After living for 20 years in this post-war 800-square-foot two-bedroom one-bath home the owners approached us with a request for a significant remodel. The design more than doubles the size of the home adding a second story with a balcony overlooking the garden and the new ADU and pool. This once tired and overlooked garden is enlivened with the new composition creating a backyard retreat.
