A four-plex remodel that reimagines the cramped interiors into modern living space by opening the kitchen and streamlining flow. The design takes advantage of the bungalow style of the existing structures by leveraging adjacent patio spaces into semi-private living space reaffirming the Southern California indoor-outdoor residential ideal.
