Alicia Jones is a fifth-generation Californian and architectural designer with a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture and a B.A. from UCLA. Her experience spans residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.

Throughout her career, Alicia has been interested in questions of equity in the built environment and in who has access to thoughtful, well-designed spaces. Her work with nonprofit organizations and at Kadre Architects, where she has worked on supportive, transitional, and interim housing for people experiencing homelessness, has shaped how she thinks about the role of design in addressing real needs. As a native Californian, she is particularly interested in the challenges surrounding housing and the ways architecture can respond to the changing needs of communities.

At Kadre, Alicia works across the firm’s architectural projects while also contributing to its growing development efforts, bringing a design-focused perspective to questions of feasibility, planning, and how projects come together.
