Sara has a diverse background in design, development, construction and project management spanning over twenty years.   She thrives on delivering excellence for discerning clients and is committed to high-level performance and attention to detail. She is positive minded, clear and collaborative in communication with a strong ability to maintain professional relationships and cultivate trust leading to better planning and higher quality.

Prior to joining Kadre Sara worked on multiple Adaptive Reuse projects throughout Los Angeles and Detroit.  Her work focused on preserving the embodied energy and unique character of existing structures while respectfully integrating a new functional purpose.  The inherent complexities of the approval processes and constructability challenges in rehabilitation projects have sharpened Sara’s determination for resourceful and creative problem solving and design solutions.
